Subject to Connected Intelligence Ltd (“Web Summit”) approving your request to use Web Summit Rio Brand Assets or under your Partnership Agreement, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions. Web Summit’s failure to respond to requests does not constitute approval, and approval is case by case. Approval does not imply compliance with applicable law which is Your responsibility.

You agree to comply with the Guidelines and these Ts&Cs and Web Summit grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive and royalty-free, limited license to use the Web Summit Rio Brand Assets as set out in your accepted Approval request or Partnerships Agreement.

Web Summit may at any time terminate or change your permission to use the Web Summit Rio Brand Assets and reserves its rights in relation to any non-conforming of our Terms and Conditions, infringement of our intellectual or other rights or applicable law violations. Except as expressly set out in these Ts&Cs you have no right or title to the Web Summit Rio Brand Assets and your use of the Collision Brand Assets will inure to the benefit of Web Summit.

You further agree that you will not challenge the Web Summit Rio Brand Assets or register trade marks or domains that are similar to the Web Summit Rio Brand Assets.

Web Summit Rio Brand Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third party rights or fitness for a particular purpose or those arising by statute or in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

You may not assign rights or delegate obligations under these Terms without Web Summit’s prior written consent.

This interpretation, formation and operation of the terms and conditions and all non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, and all disputes between the parties arising out of or in any way relating to the Terms or any disputes between the parties in any way connected with the subject matter of these Terms (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by, the laws of Ireland.

Each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

USE OF THE WEB SUMMIT RIO BRAND ASSETS IS GRANTED UPON CONDITION OF YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS SET OUT ON THIS PAGE.
