Women in tech tickets for Web Summit Rio 2025 are now sold out, and we can’t wait to welcome our women in tech ticket holders to Rio next April.
General attendee tickets are still available.
We are deeply committed to changing the gender balance at all of our events, and to empowering women across the world by fostering networking opportunities, building mentorship programs and nurturing our online women in tech community.
In 2024, we gathered at the Women in Tech Lounge, powered by Banco do Brasil.
In 2024, 47 percent of attendees at Web Summit Rio were women. We hope to grow this percentage every year.
Please note: As part of our commitment to change, and in accordance with part C of our terms and conditions, this program is only open to people who identify as women.
Web Summit is much more than an event. It is a platform for high-level connections, where we learn and exchange with people who are shaping the future. Being part of this movement has made all the difference in the growth of weme and in my personal development. It is an honor to be an ambassador for Women In Tech, bringing all the opportunities that the event provides to more and more women!
I’ve been to both editions of Web Summit Rio and the potential for connections is fantastic. As CEO of a startup, I know the value of building a good network that can support the next step of my business.
This is my seventh time attending the event, and each time it continues to exceed my expectations. The atmosphere is a perfect combination of innovation, cutting-edge technology, practical insights, and unparalleled networking opportunities. It was also inspiring to see the growing focus on giving space to women in technology, highlighting their impact and encouraging more diversity in the industry.
For me, beyond the content, what sets Web Summit apart are the connections. I met incredible people and learned a lot from each connection. Furthermore, with the Women in Tech program, the relevance of women’s presence on and off the stage is remarkable and inspiring. That’s why I don’t miss the event for anything!
Web Summit Rio has already brought us many achievements, from attracting investment to new clients. In addition, this event is an immersion in learning and trends in technology and business.
Participating in both editions of the Web Summit in Rio was an incredible and very inspiring experience! Being at such a grand event, full of diverse people and relevant debates, showed me even more the importance of taking our place as women in technology and bringing new perspectives to transform the sector.

It was a true immersion in the world of innovation and technology. I met inspiring people, entrepreneurs and creative minds. We exchanged ideas, shared experiences and, most importantly, created valuable connections.
Web Summit Rio exceeded my expectations. In addition to renowned speakers and current topics, the structure allowed for an excellent networking experience.
It was an excellent experience, the networking opportunities were plentiful. As a digital marketer, there was much to learn. It was also inspiring and refreshing to see women sharing their knowledge and empowering one another.
