Where can I get my event accreditation?

You can pick up your lanyard and wristband at registration. You’ll need to register with your ticket to access Web Summit Rio.

Where should I register?

There are three options:

  1. At the event:  Riocentro Convention Center, Av. Salvador Allende, 6555, Barra da Tijuca, 22783-127, Brazil
  2. At the airport: Terminal 2, level 1 (mezzanine) of RIOgaleão Tom Jobim International Airport, Av. Vinte de Janeiro, s/nº – Ilha do Governador, Rio de Janeiro, 21941-900, Brazil
  3. In the city center: Cápsula – Centro de Inovação Senac RJ, Av. Pres. Vargas, 62, Centro, Rio de Janeiro, 20091-060, Brazil
  4. In the South Zone: Tribune B of Jockey Club Brasileiro, Praça Santos Dumont, 31, Gávea, Rio de Janeiro, 22470-060, Brazil

When should I register?

You can register at RIOgaleão airport, Cápsula, and Jockey Club Brasileiro from Saturday April 13.

At the airport, registration will be at the following times:

Saturday April 13

11am to 6pm

Sunday April 14

11am to 6pm

At Cápsula – Centro de Inovação Senac RJ, registration will be at the following times:

Saturday April 13

11am to 6pm

Sunday April 14

11am to 6pm

Monday April 15

11am to 6pm

At Jockey Club Brasileiro, registration will be at the following times:

Saturday April 13

11am to 6pm

Sunday April 14

11am to 6pm

Monday April 15

12 noon to 9pm

Main registration will be open at Riocentro from Monday April 15.

At Riocentro, registration will be at the following times:

Monday April 15

12 noon to 8pm

Tuesday April 16

8.30am to 5pm

Wednesday April 17

8.30am to 5pm

Thursday April 18

8.30am to 5pm

Please note: These times are subject to change.

What do I need to bring?

To access the venue, you will need your ticket (found in the mobile app) and photo identification.

You can find your ticket in the Web Summit Rio mobile app here.

Are there specific queues at registration for each ticket type?

There are specific queues for: general attendee tickets, women in tech tickets, scholar tickets, partner tickets, investor and executive tickets, media tickets, ALPHA tickets, and BETA and GROWTH tickets. These will be clearly signposted at registration.

Do I have to wear my accreditation for the entire event?

You have to wear your lanyard and wristband each day of Web Summit Rio, and for Night Summit.

What happens if I lose or need to replace my accreditation?

You will receive a lanyard and wristband during the registration process. These are both important and are required for entry throughout the event venue.

If you lose one item of accreditation, you will be charged a fee of R$500 to replace it. If both items are lost, you must repurchase a ticket at the current price of R$2,745. Please go to the ticket support desk for assistance.
