In this talk, we explore how AI agents are transforming marketing—and soon every organisational function—by taking over routine tasks, enabling human talent to focus on high-trust, high-value interactions. Drawing on compelling data and case studies, we illustrate that as organisations both buy and build AI agents (which cost up to 60× less than human labor), they become leaner, more agile, and horizontally scalable, setting the stage for a dramatic economic and industrial shift.
